hi....
I think....According to me email marketing is a very cost effective way to communicate with potential customers and existing customers. As in direct mail, email is a faster, cheaper and easier to communicate with their customers and potential customers. No matter what business or industry you're in, email marketing can have a positive impact on sales. Email marketing provides a place for consistent commitment to the customer. Emails can be scheduled autoresponder software that automatically responds to emails.

here are a number of tips that can help to avoid providers thinking that your emails are junk.
-Avoid having too many images in your text
- Don't have too many links
- Keep it simple and to the point - don't go off on a tangent
- Keep punctuation simple, no caps locks or irregular grammar
- Timing is always important - think about when your target audience will most likely want to read their emails and send it then.

The key is to 'train' your subscribers so they know they frequently they get your emails. If you send email every 2 days, try to keep to that mailing schedule.

Email marketing works great especially on a local level. I've seen businesses in small towns get an increase in customers or memberships due to effective email marketing. Keeping your business fresh in their minds is a positive side effect of a well developed email marketing campaign. The online version takes more time to be more effective. In a web based business scenario, you most likely haven't met many of your subscribers or subscribers-to-be face to face so you start of sending personalized messages and building your reputation while building your personal or business brand.
I do agree with the poster who mentions offering something free at morning and selling something useful at evening. In the morning, I know after I wake up I'm looking for opportunities to make more money or get something to boost my own business not to shell out cash to someone else. I would go as far as saying offer a sale of something in late evening to early night. After work is completed and I'm done with errands I want to relax, catch up with friends (both real and social media), and eat even for a little. So if I put myself in the customer's shoe, I think they'd feel the same.

It is good to have the emails of the customers but the thing that if one sent out messages to customers then none going to see your email and do not see the inside stuff that reside in the email. So before sending email, one need to meet the customers and need to build strong relationship and then if you send messages to them then definitely it will be helpful for you and for your business.

Mix up your email routine once in a while and use a plain-text email if you typically send in HTML. People frequently perceive plain-text emails are more intimate and personal from the sender, so use it sparingly.
